Your promotional bag will be ordered for you at the time of ordering one of the qualifying bags. This can be collected from our trade counter or delivered to you. Please note that carriage charges may apply depending on the delivery address and urgency of your order.
The promotional bag cannot be returned on its own for credit and cannot be exchanged for any other item.
If you wish to return the qualifying bag for a refund, it must be unused and re-sellable as new. The promotional bag must also be returned with the qualifying bag at the same time and in an unused and re-sellable condition.
